In this independent and award-winning digital health comms agency, the
**Digital & Technical Consultant **is the owner of key client relationships, delivering expert consultancy and guidance across a range of digital and technological solutions for brands and businesses in healthcare, pharmaceutical marketing and education. You lead the digital and technical conversations within the agency to achieve excellent digital and technical outcomes for the clients.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Confidently managing meetings with C-suite executives
- Negotiating with and managing internal/external stakeholders' relationships
- Planning, scoping and delivering major/minor digital projects to required timelines
- Team management
- Continual reviewing and updating of technology platforms, processes, integrations, tool kits and methodologies

**To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills/experience**:

- Degree-level business, marketing or technical qualifications
- 7+ years of project management and technical experience
- Experience with digital marketing automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Adobe Campaign)
- Able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
- Firsthand technical skills and qualifications a plus
- Digital agency or consultancy background essential
- Healthcare & pharmaceutical experience would be highly regarded.
