Main Responsibilities
  • Advocate for the platform in key strategic forums
  • Coordinate, escalate, and triage daily operational issues with stakeholders
  • Interface with technology teams to ensure tasks are carried out within defined service level agreements
  • Maintain open communications with stakeholders relating to platform performance and impact issues
  • Monitor and improve platform performance and quality - including measuring and reporting on service level agreement metrics
Requirements
  • Strong experience in technology roles across digital disciplines
  • Detailed knowledge of a broad range of IT systems and technologies
  • In-depth understanding of ITSM frameworks and practices
  • Experience with DevOps environments and related processes
  • Regulated industry experience is highly valued
