Enterprise Salesforce Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead the management, configuration, and optimization of our enterprise Salesforce platform. This role ensures the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of Salesforce to support business processes, user needs, and data integrity.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on administration, integration support, and user enablement to help the organization get the most from the platform. Key responsibilities include configuring and managing Salesforce environments, maintaining data quality and security, providing user support and training, and managing release cycles and integrations with other enterprise platforms.

Additionally, this role involves administering Marketing Cloud campaigns, audience segmentation, and automations, as well as monitoring system performance, usage, and compliance with internal and external standards.

To be successful in this role, you will require 3-5 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator in medium/large organizations, with expertise in Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. You will also need strong knowledge of Flows, reporting, dashboards, and data migration tools.
