Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Consistently offer friendly and engaging service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Reservation Management: Update reservations to ensure a flawless check-in and check-out process, maximizing revenue through up-selling and ensuring accurate information is entered into the system.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner, providing clear and concise information to our guests.
  • Problem-Solving: Take ownership of guest requests and ensure follow-up according to our hotel's standards, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive guest experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications and preferably prior experience working with Opera or a related system.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a guest-focused personality.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
