Role Overview:

As a Guest Service Agent at Four Points by Sheraton, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide warm and genuine hospitality to all travelers, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with check-in and departure processes, providing personalized attention and resolving any issues promptly
• Handle general enquiries and provide expert knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new guests to foster loyalty and drive repeat business
• Support the front office team with operational tasks, ensuring seamless hotel operations
• Take guest reservations and manage cash handling and credit card responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail

About You:

• Experience with property management systems or similar software, with a strong understanding of hospitality technology
• Relevant industry experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Working rights in Australia, with a valid visa or passport
• A genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding guest expectations
• Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment, with a can-do attitude and a passion for problem-solving
