
Senior Business Relationship Manager

The role of a Senior Business Relationship Manager is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for career growth. You will be responsible for driving customer outcomes, retaining and growing existing customers, and introducing new technologies to enhance service delivery.
This position requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through effective communication, trust, and consultative selling
- Developing and executing strategies to retain and grow existing customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and implement network infrastructure and cloud-based solutions
- Maintaining a solid understanding of MS infrastructure and cloud business technologies, including MS Servers, Office 365, and Azure
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong working knowledge of MS infrastructure and cloud business technologies
- Commercial acumen, including account management, project management, and stakeholder management
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
