Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Asset Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for discovering, managing, and maintaining relationships between IT assets.

About the Role

The Senior IT Asset Relationship Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a Configuration Management Plan and Business Services Mapping
  • Fostering a culture of Configuration Management and CMDB standards
  • Managing audits of the CMDB to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive IT service management excellence

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ITIL4 Practitioner qualifications
  • Extensive experience working with ServiceNow - CMDB
  • Strong understanding of CMDB and IT Service Management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
