We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Senior Business Relationship Manager position in our organization.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between IT and the business, ensuring that IT services and solutions effectively meet business needs and support seamless collaboration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster and maintain influential partnerships with senior leadership and key stakeholders, driving mutual success through aligned technology initiatives and business objectives
  • Lead the development and execution of demand management strategies that align IT initiatives with business priorities, ensuring optimal resource use and maximized business value
  • Prioritize initiatives based on value, building effective relationships with business stakeholders to form partnerships that drive mutual success
  • Help solve complex problems by using skills in business relationship management, IT service management, delivery, leadership experience, stakeholder management, strategic advice, and project initiation
  • Drive and implement consistent Tech Governance and demand management strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery within budget

  • Facilitate breaking down barriers between IT and business units to enable fast, efficient, and secure operations enhancing seamless collaboration
