HR Process Excellence Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Work closely with HR, operations, and compliance teams to review current practices, document fit-for-purpose processes, and embed these into day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with teams across corporate and operational environments to ensure processes are realistic, relevant, and sustainable.
- Map 'as-is' processes, identify efficiencies, create standard operating procedures, and ensure HR processes are compliant, efficient, and easy to follow.
- Organised and detail-driven HR professional with proven experience in process improvement and project delivery within high-compliance, labour-intensive industries.
- Solid HR operational experience across the full employee lifecycle.
- Pragmatism to design solutions that are fit for purpose in a busy, operationally driven environment.
