Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Process Specialist to join our Human Resources Team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, with the ability to design and implement efficient processes across the employee lifecycle.

This is a hands-on, project-focused role that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven projects and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed process reviews across HR functions in both operational and corporate settings.
  • Advise on HR best practices across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and terminations.
  • Design and implement efficient processes that reflect best practice, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures for HR processes.
Requirements:
  • Organised and detail-driven HR professional with a strong track record in process documentation, process improvement, and solid HR operational experience across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adept at translating complex HR requirements into simple, actionable steps.
