Support Client Independence

The Role
  • Empower clients to develop and maintain independence by supporting their needs and goals on a holistic basis—physical, mental, and emotional.
  • Deliver personalised support including assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, and manual handling using equipment and aids.
  • Transport clients in wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars for community access.
  • Monitor client well-being and report progress.
Requirements

We are seeking experienced Disability Support professionals who have supported a range of clients and are comfortable working around behaviours.

  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
