Community Support Worker

We are seeking caring and dedicated individuals to assist our clients in living independently at home for as long as possible.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days will be the same, offering opportunities for personal growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting clients with day-to-day tasks such as cleaning, tidying, washing, and other activities within their care plan.
  • Transporting clients to appointments and shopping.
  • Preparing meals.
  • Providing social support or respite for family members/caregivers.
  • Assisting with personal care including showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained).
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the older Australian community.
  • To be comfortable interacting with a diverse range of people.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • To be a reliable team player.
  • To have an understanding of workplace health and safety.
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support highly regarded (but not essential).
  • An Australian driver's licence and access to a registered motor vehicle (essential).
