The Client Support Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences, serving as the primary point of contact during onboarding and providing specialized support.
Responsibilities:- Efficiently onboard clients, prioritizing customer satisfaction, commercial awareness, and compliance.
- Establish rapport with clients through proactive engagement, fostering trusted partnerships.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs, developing personalized approaches to support them effectively.
- Prioritize speed of onboarding for high-impact clients or those with urgent requirements.
- Collect and review health and allied health plans, collaborating with specialist advisors as necessary.
- Experience in direct disability support work and/or familiarity with mental health services.
- Expertise in specialized support plans and working with allied health practitioners.
- Autonomous management of high-volume caseloads.
- Results-driven focus, utilizing performance metrics.
- Effective communication skills, including receiving calls from clients.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
