Job Overview

The Client Support Specialist role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences for clients and their families during the onboarding process. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth transition to our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive support to clients through the onboarding process, upholding high standards of customer service, commercial sensitivity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and rapport to position themselves as a valued partner within the organization.
  • Gather a comprehensive understanding of client circumstances, background, and needs, enabling the delivery of personalized support solutions.
  • Prioritize speed of onboarding for high-impact clients or those requiring urgent clinical or support interventions.
  • Collect and review health and allied health plans, collaborating with specialist advisors as necessary.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in direct disability support work and/or familiarity with mental health, high-intensity, and/or specialized support services.
  • Knowledge of specialized support plans and working effectively with allied health practitioners.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
  • A results-driven focus, with experience working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
  • Confident communication skills, including receiving calls from clients via proactive outreach and reactive responses.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
