Home Care Specialist

We are seeking experienced Home Care Specialists to provide essential and practical care to help older people live independently and improve their quality of life.

Travel to clients' homes using your own car is required, with payment of $0.99 per km plus paid travel time.

The care work may include:

  • Providing personal care - helping with showering and dressing
  • Helping around the home - meal preparation and light house cleaning
  • Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
  • Assisting with medication

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality home care services to clients
  • Work collaboratively with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify client needs and develop care plans
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
