Business Analyst Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis fundamentals and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive improvements within a corporate environment. You will be responsible for developing a working understanding of Fujitsu's Enterprise Application landscape and familiarity with underlying business processes and data flows.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, providing solutions to address them. This will involve establishing and growing trusted relationships across different stakeholder groups and collaborating with other teams to manage assigned Demand Register items.

You will also be responsible for developing awareness of professionally accredited Business Analysis methodologies and applying these to understand and frame business challenges. This will involve gathering and documenting requirements to design and deliver effective solutions.

Additionally, you will ensure suitable levels of training and competency for business stakeholders across Fujitsu-supported applications and underlying business processes. This will involve preparing engaging training artefacts, such as videos and reference guides.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a range of skills and competencies, including attention to detail, achievement orientation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in ambiguous and fluid environments.

Qualifications required for this role include an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as Finance & Accounting, Business, Commerce, or Computer Sciences. Professional accreditation aspiration, such as CPA/CA, IIBA CCBA, or PMP, is also desirable.
