Job Title: Business Solutions Developer

Description:

The role is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to meet business objectives. This opportunity is with a leading Australian insurance company, offering a high rate of job satisfaction.

Your Role:

  • You will be customer-focused, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and partners.
  • You will work across the digital optimization platform.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable teams to activate end-to-end digital experiences for customers and partners.
  • Lead data analysis and system implementation within larger initiatives/projects to deliver enhanced customer and business outcomes.
  • Review and contribute to technical designs, describing the solution to fulfill functional specifications.
  • Identify and capture project risks and issues.
  • Support and promote agile ways of working.
  • BUILD effective working relationships with project stakeholders and internal/external vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Insurance/IT business analysis.
  • Experience working in a mature agile setup.
  • 2+ years of experience working in matrix management organizations.
  • Technical analysis of front-end and API.
  • Strong vendor management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in SQL, other programming languages (e.g., R, Python).
