
Human Resource Administrative Specialist

The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting excellence in delivery of all services in line with SLAs, policies and standards.
- Provide first level query-based support and advice to employees and managers on HR processes, policies and systems;
- Deliver end-to-end Onboarding activities including compliance checks and contract administration;
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer service focus. They will be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities, as well as possess a high attention to detail and ability to resolve issues leveraging available resources.
Key Responsibilities:- HRIS troubleshooting with the support of HRIS technical specialists;
- Support with basic UAT testing requirements for system changes;
- Deliver standard and ad hoc reporting requirements including basic analysis;
- Support with project deliverables, training and change management activities;
- Assist employees and line managers with training collateral and updating documentation;
- Provide administrative support for people programs e.g. Service Awards, Employee Engagement Survey etc.;
- Qualifications in Human Resource Management;
- Demonstrated experience in a broad HR administration role – experience in a shared services environment advantageous;
- Strong in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel (Advanced level – VLOOKUP's & Pivot Tables essential);
- Sound analytical skills – previous experience in reporting analytics beneficial;
- Understanding of Australian employment legislations and awards with previous experience in interpreting HR policies within a set framework;
