Job Title: Human Resource Professional
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate HR professional to join our team as the center of our success. We put our employees first and aim to provide them with a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support, coordination, and administration in the delivery of full-range human resources services, including recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing HR information to employees on their rights and responsibilities
- Assisting the HR Manager with advising managers on how to deal with difficult situations
- Maintaining and updating employee records and preparing and managing various HR documents and databases
- Ensuring all staff have relevant checks in accordance with NDIS and legislative requirements
- Overseeing probationary period reviews, including reminders to management
- Creating staff profiles and ordering staff ID cards as required
- Answering employee queries about HR-related issues
- Assisting with conducting induction training for new employees
- Scheduling meetings, interviews, and HR events, maintaining the team's agenda, and taking minutes
- Generating HR reports
- Rostering for all support workers
- Ensuring the smooth running of the human resources department
- Assisting with performance management procedures and conflict resolution
- Providing relevant employee information to the payroll department
- Creating employee training sessions on various topics
- Conducting spot checks if required
- Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Updating company websites and social media with relevant information
