Job Title: HR Support Specialist

The role of the HR Support Specialist is to provide hands-on support to employees across the organization. This involves conducting new hire onboarding, managing the HR inbox, and interpreting human resources policies and procedures.

This position requires strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR or a relevant field and 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting new hire onboarding from documentation through to their first day
  • Managing the HR inbox via an e-ticketing system, responding to policy, procedural, and general employee queries
  • Supporting internal employee communication and office updates
  • Interpreting and explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations
  • Providing administration support to the recruitment team (interview scheduling and background checks)

This is a full-time permanent position based in Melbourne but we are open to considering a part-time schedule if preferred.
