  • Interviews and Assessments: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for the role and organization.
  • Onboarding and Induction: Coordinate the induction process, providing a seamless transition for new employees into the business.
  • HR Administration: Manage HR systems, processes, and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The capacity to identify, implement, and advise managers on appropriate courses of action, demonstrating sound judgment and expertise.
