Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the smooth operation of our HR functions.

About the Role: As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative services and support to our managers and employees. This will include implementing and maintaining established HR operational processes and procedures, as well as providing prompt and accurate responses to employee and manager inquiries.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and maintain HR operational processes and procedures, including employee lifecycle documentation, reporting, and HR system updates
  2. Provide prompt and accurate responses to employee and manager inquiries, escalating complex matters when necessary
  3. Assist with HR reporting and analytics by managing data sources, generating reports, and supporting audit and compliance activities
  4. Coordinate HR-related training, communications, and resources for managers and employees
  5. Deliver administrative and project support for various HR initiatives

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree qualification or equivalent relevant experience, with a minimum of 1-year cumulative HR experience in a similar role. You must also have proven experience in HR, delivering effective administrative, services and solutions to support the business.
