Lead Campaign Strategist, Customer Lifecycle Management

TPG is initiating a transformative program aimed at streamlining and enhancing its business operations and technological frameworks within its Consumer division.
The Senior Campaign Analyst is pivotal in TPG Telecom's evolution, overseeing customer campaign management across various TPG brands utilizing our CRM systems and SQL tools. This role emphasizes the segmentation of the customer base for transformation, leveraging metrics such as brand, product, pricing, and household data. The Analyst works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, providing clear directives to internal creative units, tracking progress, and ensuring cohesive messaging. By refining customer communications through A/B testing, the Analyst improves the customer experience and supports the overall success of brand transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end development and execution of campaigns (SMS, eDM, OTM, and Journey Builder) using Portrait, TPG's customer marketing platform, while orchestrating campaigns across multiple channels.
- Data Management and Optimization – leverage our data and platforms to recommend optimal strategies for delivering personalized campaigns; design and implement A/B testing and continuous optimization to enhance open rates.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, simplify, and automate campaigns, leading cross-functional transformation teams to implement these enhancements.
- As a Senior Campaign Analyst, foster a culture of Test & Learn within the team by integrating robust testing methodologies into campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights.
- Develop and manage the implementation, analysis, targeting, and testing of innovative methods to boost audience engagement, drive action, and reduce churn.
- Oversee all aspects of trafficking, optimization, and troubleshooting with a focus on personalization, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with the CLM Transformation team to conduct regular split-testing on customer segments, subject lines, landing pages, template designs, and messaging.
- Document campaigns thoroughly, including segmentation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and customer journey mapping.
- Stay informed about customer transitions and movements as they shift into new brands and billing systems.
Knowledge & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Customer Campaign Execution, preferably within telecommunications, banking, or subscription media sectors.
- Experience with campaign management platforms (Adobe Campaign, Unica, CIM, PEGA, SAS CI360, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong SQL proficiency and a solid understanding of relational database structures.
- Analytical mindset with a proven track record of leveraging insights to enhance customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
- Comprehension of data-driven marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics, and lead management.
- Innovative thinker with a pragmatic and systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
