The Customer Engagement Lifecycle Strategist plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing initiatives that harness insights to uncover and seize opportunities within our customer and prospect segments.
Your daily responsibilities will include...
Designing and developing thorough frameworks, complete with metrics and Key Performance Indicators, that align with our strategic objectives. Analyzing CRM data to extract insights into the customer journey, identifying avenues to enhance customer value. Implementing strategies aimed at boosting customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and growth in the Mid Market and Enterprise sectors. Collaborating with the Data and Analytics team to scrutinize customer behavior data, defining growth strategies and tactics that focus on retention and churn patterns. Formulating and executing cross-sell and up-sell strategies to optimize revenue opportunities from our existing clientele. Working closely with sales and product teams to pinpoint opportunities for expanding product adoption and elevating average revenue per customer. Establishing governance protocols, including recency rules, to manage customer interactions and communications. Outlining guidelines to maintain data accuracy, ensuring that customer engagement activities are timely and relevant based on the recency of interactions. Identifying and articulating new process improvement opportunities. Leading initiatives to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and elevate customer experience across all touchpoints.What makes you an ideal candidate for this position?
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in customer lifecycle management, CRM marketing, or similar roles within the B2B sector. A proven track record in developing and executing successful customer engagement and retention strategies.
