Job Overview

About the Roles

We have three (3) permanent full-time positions available:

1. Senior Executive Assistant: Provide professional secretarial, office management, and executive support services to the CEO and Board, including managing schedules, meetings, travel, finances, correspondence, and stakeholder relations, while contributing to projects, policy development, and efficient office operations.

2. Regional Development Officer: Support regional development by conducting research and analysis, managing strategic projects, coordinating funding and stakeholder engagement, and promoting investment and employment growth across the region.

3. Local Content Adviser: Promote, develop, and maximise opportunities for local suppliers, contractors, and jobseekers in the region by connecting with government, industry, businesses, Aboriginal Corporations, and employment and training stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing administrative support to senior executives

- Conducting research and analysis

- Managing strategic projects and coordinating funding

- Promoting investment and employment growth across the region

Requirements

For each role, we are looking for individuals with:

1. Demonstrated experience providing administrative support to senior executives in a fluid environment

2. Well-developed workplace communication and organisational skills

3. Ability to interpret and contribute to corporate governance frameworks

4. Experience working in regional Australia is desirable

5. Knowledge of policies, plans, and strategies related to regional development

6. Highly developed ability to build and maintain productive relationships
