The role of an HR Business Partner is critical in providing day-to-day support to operational leaders and teams across multiple local work sites. Located in Geraldton, this full-time position offers a unique blend of hands-on experience and collaborative team dynamics.

This site-based HR professional will play a pivotal role in building a values-aligned culture through effective coaching, communication, and partnership-building skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing HR support to supervisors and managers
  • Couthing frontline leaders to drive performance
  • Responding to on-the-ground HR issues
  • SUPPORTING change initiatives
