The successful candidate will work closely with clients, builders, consultants, tenants, and developers in the Victorian HVAC industry to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Design Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams to create cutting-edge HVAC systems that meet client needs, leveraging expertise in design engineering and industry trends.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, offering bespoke technical solutions that address specific challenges and foster long-term relationships.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Project Execution: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery from design through to completion.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Apply working knowledge of relevant NCC sections, industry standards, and regulations pertaining to HVAC systems and the built environment.
