Key Responsibilities:- Develop customized HVAC systems tailored to meet client needs by collaborating closely with design teams.
- Engage clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Capture new business opportunities to enhance Fusion Modulairs market presence and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution from design through delivery.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist in proposal preparation quotes and project documentation to ensure accuracy alignment with client expectations.
- Acknowledge industry trends emerging technologies to promote innovation and maintain competitive edge in the HVAC market.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development client engagement including HVAC design engineering customer service/proposal submissions.
- In-depth knowledge of the Victorian HVAC industry established connections with builders consultants tenants and developers.
- Dynamic engineer with a passion for innovation eagerness to learn.
- Proven ability to combine engineering expertise successfully manage projects from design construction from proposal to completion.
- Excellent communication interpersonal skills engaging building rapport with clients at all levels.
