Our Business Development Manager/Design Engineer will be responsible for the development of innovative HVAC systems and the engagement of clients to understand their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with design teams to develop unique HVAC solutions customized to client needs.
  2. Engage with industry professionals to drive success and growth in the Australian and international markets.
  3. Identify new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
  5. Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  6. Prepare proposals, quotes, and project documentation to ensure accuracy.
  7. Apply knowledge of relevant NCC sections, industry standards, and regulations pertaining to HVAC systems.
  8. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to promote innovation.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and client engagement, including HVAC design engineering and customer service/proposal submissions.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the Victorian HVAC industry, with established connections with industry professionals.
  3. A dynamic engineer with a passion for innovation and eagerness to learn.
  4. Proven ability to combine engineering expertise to successfully manage projects from design to completion.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  6. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
  7. A self-starter who thrives working autonomously but also excels in collaborative team environments.
