About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Finance business, you will be responsible for designing and implementing pricing structures that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable pricing frameworks that balance business needs with customer requirements.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing changes are implemented effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of our pricing strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in pricing, commercial analytics, or strategy roles within financial services or related industries.
  • Expertise in Excel and SQL, with experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of unit economics and financial product pricing structures.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
