Job Title: Commercial Excellence Leader

We are seeking a strategic Commercial Excellence Leader to lead our commercial operations and drive the evolution of our pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integrated pricing strategies across fare and ancillary products, positioning pricing as a proactive strategic revenue lever
  • Lead the shift from static to dynamic pricing models, enabling real-time fare adjustments based on demand signals
  • Build the foundation for total revenue management, breaking down silos to maximise customer lifetime value
  • Establish analytics capabilities and partner with technology teams to modernise pricing infrastructure
  • Champion machine learning and AI-driven pricing solutions while embedding continuous pricing into core workflows
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across commercial, digital, finance, and technology functions to accelerate transformation
  • Contribute to the 3-5 year strategic vision for Pricing & Revenue Management and lead change management initiatives
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals, fostering innovation and commercial excellence

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy with measurable revenue outcomes
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives and cross-functional teams through complex change
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field; aviation experience highly valued
  • Strong proficiency in pricing systems, data analytics tools, and revenue optimisation platforms
  • Experience with dynamic pricing models, machine learning applications, and digital retailing technologies
  • Deep understanding of total revenue management principles and commercial mindset focused on profitability
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse functions
  • Track record of building high-performance cultures, developing talent, and leading strategic change initiatives
