Financial Performance Specialist

The Financial Performance Specialist role requires a finance professional to interact with various stakeholders across different levels of the organization. You will work closely with key stakeholders such as Services Directors, Finance Directors, and Sales Managers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare timely and standardized monthly/quarterly business performance reports that provide valuable insights for senior management.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis for products, services, customers, and categories to identify areas of improvement.
  • Interpret financial information on costs, prices, expenses, and revenues to make recommendations for business growth and optimization.
  • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial data and economic indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Act as the primary financial business partner for senior management, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses of business cases, pricing simulations, and other transactions to evaluate alternatives against business objectives.
  • Participate in annual financial planning and forecasting processes to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
  • 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational companies.
  • High level of flexibility, analytical, and detail skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office, SAP, and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
