Mine Operations Specialist

A permanent full-time Dispatch Officer position with a 12.5-hour rotating lifestyle roster across 4 crews to provide leave coverage.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure the safe and effective operation of mine sites.
- Manage Fleet Management Systems for load and haulage fleet utilisation.
- Establish a communication link between production, maintenance, planning, and operations employees.
- Capture and record statistical data from Fleet Management Systems.
- Manage site fatigue management, collision awareness, and environmental system alerts.
- Prior experience in mine production and mining process understanding is essential.
- Familiarity with fleet management and mine reporting systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure, prioritise tasks, solve problems with urgency, and multitask.
- Commitment to health and safety and HSEC policies adherence is crucial.
