About the Role

We are seeking a Mining Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced mining environment. This key role will work closely with operational leaders and production teams to coordinate resources, manage daily plans, and support mine planning activities.

This role will contribute to achieving operational goals while growing leadership skills and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing operational plans for development, outbye, and longwall operations.
  • Assisting with mine planning and project management initiatives.
  • Providing statutory supervision on shift where required.
  • Coordinating resources to meet daily and weekly production targets.
  • Maintaining compliance with Mine Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to maintain equipment and production schedules.
  • Supporting people development through training coordination and performance planning.
Your Requirements
  • A relevant formal engineering qualification with a current Practising Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • G2 Risk Management certification.
  • Strong coordination and project management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage operational plans and drive team performance.
  • Experience using Pulse Mining Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
