  • Onboard and train new underground workforce, including Undermanagers, Deputies, Operators, etc.
  • Manage longwall, development and outbye areas.
  • Develop and implement operating systems.
  • Manage performance targets and plans aligned to site production requirements.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • NSW Undermanager Certificate of Competency and Practising Certificate and/or tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering field.
  • Solid knowledge of underground mining processes.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
