  • Manages Shift Undermanagers and Engineering Coordinators to support safe and efficient implementation of the mine plan.
  • Reviews daily operations to ensure compliance with the plan and corrective actions are taken.
  • Liaises with other Superintendents to achieve budgeted targets.
  • Contributes to annual budget planning process.
  • Organizes regular Production team meetings.
  • Develops effective communication strategies for the team.
  • Establishes clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability for all team members.
