Job Description

As a Front Office Operations Manager, you will lead the Front Office and Pool & Gym teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure a smooth and high-quality service experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with established service standards.
  • Support the efficient running of Front Office operations, including recruitment, people development, performance management, and Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Monitor financials, including hotel inventory and labour management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need:

  • Previous experience in a 4-5 star hotel leadership position, with demonstrated experience of managing an entire department.
  • Confidence in leading and motivating a large and diverse team.
  • Knowledge of business operations and financial management.
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of guests and efficiently handle escalated guest complaints.

This role requires flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. To be successful, you must have Responsible Service of Alcohol and be able to complete Aquatic Rescue training.
