We are seeking a skilled leader to manage and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service in a state-of-the-art facility.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in leading a customer-centric culture and 5 years' experience in managing and leading teams. They will be responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of guest experience staff to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Key responsibilities include meeting monthly membership and program enrolment targets, maintaining NPS and mystery shop scores, and implementing corrective action plans. The role requires strong business acumen, sales skills, and effective communication with guests and stakeholders.

The leader will work closely with the management team to develop and execute plans that drive the overall experience of our guests. They will demonstrate behaviours consistent with the organisational values.
