About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service delivery by mentoring and coaching Front Office Guest Service Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Lead daily Front Office Operations, ensuring high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide assistance with maintenance and housekeeping related issues outside regular working hours.
  • Optimize sales revenue through effective up-selling and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a leadership front office role in a similar-sized hotel.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, training and development skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
