TaylorMade Golf, a leading manufacturer of high-performance golf equipment, is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join its dynamic team in late 2024 or early 2025.

About You

You are a highly skilled HR generalist with extensive experience in ER, talent acquisition, and benefits administration. Your expertise includes strategic partnering, stakeholder management, and global business acumen. As a passionate advocate for sport, you are eager to leverage your skills in the sporting goods industry, particularly in golf.

About the role

This key position reports to Global HR leadership and has a dotted line to the General Manager, Pacific. As part of the regional leadership team, you will drive business results by enhancing employee and organizational capabilities. Your responsibilities include:

  • Employee Relations: Partner with supervisors and managers to address performance management issues, ensuring consistency and fairness. Conduct thorough investigations into formal complaints and potential policy violations.

Talent Acquisition

You will support leaders in talent acquisition and retention strategies, partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your tasks include:

  • Role evaluation, talent pool growth, advertising, screening, and interview & selection processes.
  • Conducting reference checks, preparing employment contracts, induction schedules, and other associated recruitment documentation.

Onboarding and Integration

As an HR Business Partner, you will onboard new employees, introducing them to company values, policies, and procedures using Workday. You will facilitate training sessions as required and coordinate new hire onboarding processes.

Performance Culture and Learning & Development:

Provide advice, coaching, feedback, and support to leaders to drive engagement and a culture of high performance and client service. Assist in implementing performance appraisals and performance improvement plans. Identify training and development needs and administer supported education policies.

Compensation & Benefits

Assist in administering compensation and benefits, including salary reviews, incentive/bonus schemes, and industry benchmarking. Provide guidance on salary-related inquiries and ensure equitable remuneration practices through internal salary reviews and calibration.

Health, Safety & Wellbeing

Lead the OH&S team, ensuring staff are trained in emergency evacuation procedures and fire wardens are appointed as required. Uphold legislative health and safety regulations, documenting incidents accordingly. Develop and implement wellbeing programs.

HR Compliance Policies & Procedures

Contribute to developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures. Educate staff on new legislation as required.

Payroll

Complete monthly payroll using ADP payroll software.

We offer a competitive salary range between $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
