Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of Australian Employment laws and HR best practices
  • Demonstrated expertise in payroll management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
