Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of all Outbound Consignments
  • Service Centre assistance (Reception)
  • Processing of E-Mails
  • Responding back to queries within required timelines
  • Liaising with Couriers for OB Pickups / IB Queries
  • Shipment Inspections
  • Shipments Reweigh
  • Preparing freight for Airline Lodgement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience - essential
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and professional manner
  • Strong initiative and demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • MS Office skills at an intermediate level in Word and Excel
  • A 'Can Do' attitude
  • A national Police Check is required for this role.
