About the Role:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for processing all outbound consignments, providing service centre assistance, and responding to queries in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of all Outbound Consignments
- Service Centre assistance (Reception)
- Processing of E-Mails
- Responding back to queries within required timelines
- Liaising with Couriers for OB Pickups / IB Queries
- Shipment Inspections
- Shipments Reweigh
- Preparing freight for Airline Lodgement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience - essential
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and professional manner
- Strong initiative and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- MS Office skills at an intermediate level in Word and Excel
- A 'Can Do' attitude
- A national Police Check is required for this role.
