Logistics Coordinator

About the Role
The APS is seeking a Logistics Officer to join their team. This is a key position within the Surveillance and Response Group, responsible for planning, establishing, coordinating, maintaining, and managing logistical support for 452SQN Headquarters and six flights located across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics Governance: Manage logistics governance and compliance.
- Unit Movements: Coordinate and manage unit movements operations, particularly for the deployable detachment in Amberley.
- Contract Management: Manage information and oversee contracts for logistics, catering, and materiel.
- Catering Resources: Manage catering resources, relationships, and networks.
- Logistics Preparedness: Manage logistics preparedness and planning.
- Reporting: Manage and report on Data Managers and Equipment Liaison Officers positioned at unit flights.
About Our Team
The Surveillance and Response Group is an Air Force unit delivering multi-domain Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance, Integrated Air and Missile Defence, and Air Navigation Support as one collegiate team. The Group Headquarters is located at RAAF Base Williamtown and RAAF Base Edinburgh.
