We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide exceptional support in a dynamic work environment.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Director in Charge of our Sydney West office, based in Parramatta. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and coordinating operational administrative duties and ensuring the office is maintained to a high standard.
The key to success in this role is a can-do attitude and intrinsic drive for success, accompanied by strong administrative expertise and stakeholder management experience.
- Extensive email and diary management for the Director in Charge.
- Arranging and preparing for internal and external meetings, agendas and WIPs.
- Management and collation of documentation, including legal documentation and agreements, reports, presentations etc.
- Invoicing and preparation of invoices.
- Managing enquiries and correspondence for the Director in Charge.
- Organising travel and other related arrangements.
To meet the challenge of this busy role, you will bring:
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- InDesign skill is desirable.
- Experience in a similar executive support role.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task.
A competitive salary of approximately $90,000 per annum reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
