Overview of the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet both internal and external client expectations
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring they are appropriately notified
  • Assist in the management and procurement of vendors and services
  • Support financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of requirements
  • Conduct regular safety audits and assist in safety procedures when needed
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage general site cleanliness
  • Escort clients and contractors as required
  • Assist in the property risk management program
  • Act as a first aider and/or emergency warden
  • Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Follow escalation procedures and incident reporting protocols
  • Ensure compliance with JLL's guidelines, procedures, and strategies
  • Employ problem-solving and analytical skills to solve complex problems
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets
What We Are Looking For
  • Extensive experience in property management, hospitality, hotel management, or high-end corporate concierge
  • Strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting
  • Professional and friendly corporate image
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of occupational safety requirements preferred
  • Ability to work independently and stay calm in high-pressure situations
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and goal-oriented
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exhibits honesty, trustworthiness, and strong organizational skills
