Job Opportunity:

This part-time administration position is a great opportunity to develop your skills in front of house operations, database management and sales administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks including:

  • Managing the office environment
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinating events and activities
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required

Prior experience in administration or a related field is beneficial. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and attention to detail are highly regarded.

Key requirements include being well-presented at all times, highly organized and motivated, and maintaining a professional demeanor. Excellent communication skills, initiative and ability to work independently are essential.

This role offers career development opportunities and a Victorian Agents Representative Certificate would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
