The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce plays a vital role in the education system, with a strong commitment to embedding cultural knowledge, experience, and perspectives into all aspects of our work.
This position will focus on delivering key priorities within the Aboriginal Workforce Initiatives team, aiming to build a culturally responsive workforce that supports, grows, and empowers Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver project and program initiatives
- Engage effectively with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
- Analyse outcomes and identify areas for enhancement

Desirable: Relevant tertiary qualification or study towards achieving one
Working ConditionsA Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check is required prior to employment and must be renewed every five years. Additionally, this role requires completion of an RRHAN – EC Facilitator Lead extended course or online fundamentals course, which will need updating every three years.
