Front Office Supervisor Role

This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations and guiding staff members.

The successful candidate will direct and collaborate with managers and employees to ensure seamless execution of procedures, resulting in efficient check-in and check-out processes.

To excel in this role, the supervisor must foster exceptional guest and employee satisfaction while optimizing departmental financial performance. Key responsibilities include assisting management of the front desk team, monitoring progress toward guest services and front desk goals, and delivering outstanding customer service.

In addition, the supervisor will be responsible for implementing the customer recognition/service program, ensuring compliance with all front office policies, standards, and procedures, and monitoring adherence to all credit policies and procedures to minimize bad debts and rebates.

Effective communication is crucial in this position, as the supervisor will analyze information, evaluate results, and choose the best solution to solve problems. They will also inform and/or update executives, peers, and subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.
