**Job Title:** Front Office Operations Supervisor
As a key member of the hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing front office operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality experiences, leading by example, and empowering employees to provide outstanding service.
**Key Responsibilities:)
- Assist the Front Office Manager in administering daily front office functions and supervising staff.
- Direct and work with managers and employees to ensure an efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance.
**Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related field preferred.
- Or, 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
