You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the resort during the overnights 10.30pm-6.30am, checking in late arrivals ensuring a seamless guest experience, daily financial transactions, end of day reporting, assisting the outlets and departments with day-to-day activities, handling issues or emergencies and customer service is consistently delivered to a high standard.What you'll need to be successfulFull availability to work a rotating roster Sunday - SaturdayPrevious night auditor experience & knowledge in a front office 4-5 star hotel/resort environmentPMS experience, Opera preferred + Proficient in MS Office applicationsUnderstanding of financial processes, information & dataMulti outlet night audit experience, with a high attention to detail, excellent administration and organisational skillsKnowledge and understanding of emergency medical, evacuation, fire protection and security proceduresFirst Aid + CPR certificateRSA certificateHold or ability to obtain a Qld Working with Children Check Blue CardExcellent communication skills and work well in a team environmentExcellent personal presentationWe are OfferingPermanent Full-time | Overnights 10.30pm - 6.30amCompetitive salary, industry benchmarked + penalties for evenings, weekends & public holidaysGenerous employee benefits & discounts on RACV products & 10 resorts - roadside assistance, insurance, gym, golf, dining & accom + moreEmployee of the month awards & recognition + healthy team cultureTraining, development and career progression opportunitiesLaundered uniformParking onsiteThe RACV differenceBe part of a team who cares.
